I’m a theater artist and storyteller, and have been performing on stage ever since I was a child. I began my professional career in 1991 as a theater actor. But soon, I felt the pull towards writing and directing. And since about 2000, I have worked primarily on one person shows. It is a genre within which I have found the greatest artistic freedom. The story of my theatrical journey is like a play in 4 acts, which I’ve described in more detail on the About page. In 2024, I began ACT IV, the first step of which is the creation of this website that serves as a catalog of my work as a solo performing artist. My guiding spirit has always been the people I know, and the stories they tell. From these people - family members, teachers, mentors, writers, fellow artists - and their stories, I have learned what I know, and to them I am always grateful, for it is they that have helped me find my way.
