I’m a theater artist and storyteller. I began my professional career as a theater actor. But soon, I felt the pull towards writing and directing. And since about 2000, I have worked primarily on one person shows. It is a genre within which I have found the greatest artistic freedom.

My guiding spirit has always been the people I know, and the stories they tell. From these people - family members, teachers, mentors, writers, fellow artists - and their stories, I have learned what I know, and to them I am always grateful, for it is they that have helped me find my way.
